We are looking for a Service Administrator to work within our Service Team supporting our Customers, Engineers and fellow administration team members from order placement to completion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the team with customer requests: documentation, permits, portal updates etc

• Respond to customer enquiries from contract and non-contract customers

• Raise and manage callouts – liaise with engineer and customer

• Communicate and update clients with progress on service jobs

• Ensure maintenance visits are scheduled and agreed with customers

• Chase proforma payments and outstanding quotes

• Ensure system records are kept up to date (contact names etc).

• Answer incoming calls and the door phone

• Checking and processing engineer timesheets

• Checking and processing engineer expenses

• Booking hotels

• Updating customer portals

Job requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

• Good customer service & communication skills

• Good communicator

• Customer focus approach

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Able to work under pressure

• Work to tight deadlines

• IT literate

• Passion and pride in the work carried out and areas of responsibility

• Self-motivated, confident and resourceful
