We are looking for an experienced Contracts Assistant to provide Maternity Cover for up to 12 months to work in a busy but fun office in Waterlooville.

·        Schedule the installation teams for works.

·        Schedule the surveyors works.

·        Keeping the days used tracker up to date.

·        File installers paperwork in the appropriate contract folders.

·        Check and Submit expenses and timesheets.

·        Ensure skills/competency/training documentation for directly employed and Subcontract installers are monitored and up to date.

·        Support Project Managers requirements in a timely manner.

·        To answer incoming telephone calls for the Contracts Team and support where possible.

·        To maintain and run van stock for all installation teams.

·        Sending out all new UK projects and making sure they are assigned in a timely manner.

·        Make up and send out Project Manager information packs for all new projects.

·        To update IFC certification website with all new projects/close out completed projects

·        Provide cover to the project Support Administrator by Producing Fitters Packs, SOW and RAMS when necessary.

·        Making sure Sub-Contractors quotes are approved and file in the appropriate contract folders.

·        Booking hotels for the contracts department and other departments if necessary.

·        Managing and making sure PCN charges are correctly dealt with and paid for if necessary.

·        Carry out such additional responsibilities as may be considered necessary by the Management.
